Booking and cancellation conditions for families and individuals
We request full payment of one night in order to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The full booking balance will be due when you arrive at the hostel. You will be able to pay by cash, cheque, BACS, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro/Switch, and Mastercard (no charge).
If you cancel your booking you will be refunded all but your first night payment.
You can cancel at any time but we obviously prefer to have as much notice as possible!
